Thomas M. Reese was born March l0th, 1962 to the late Thomas James Armstrong Sr. and the late Elizabeth Reese. He attended Edison High School and dropped out in the 11th grade. He went on to get his GED in 1986 while attending Delaware Valley School of Trades, where he became certified in the plumbing trade. He went on to become a Journeyman, and in December 2014 took and passed his master plumber's exam, and is now a Master Plumber, Certified Backflow Assembly Prevention Installer/Tester/Repairman, and Owner of Trouble Shooters Resources LLC.
Along this journey, he married his soulmate, Annette S. C. Reese. They raised 7 children together: 2 of their own--Matthew & Taisha, 4 adopted--Nissia, Niggiyah, Nyquan, and Nadeen, 1 Granddaughter, Neveah, and 2 grandsons, Ramaj and Ocean. His oldest spiritual daughter is Romaine Butler (Minister ln Training). He has been happily married for almost 40 years to one wife.
He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in 1983 after being bound by alcohol, pornography, and womanizing. His first place of worship was DMC, under the leadership and guidance of the late Pastor Helen Pitts-Miller, where he learned not to look at the person but see the spirit that is in operation. After that, he spent time under the leadership and direction of Bishop Harold Faust as a walking Deacon. He thought the Lord was telling him to go to Bible school in 1991, and attended Jamison Bible Institute for one year, where he was licensed and ordained into the ministry.
After a year He heard the Lord speak to him asking "Did I tell you to go to school?" He said "Who can teach you better than I can?", and reminded him that the LORD said "after that the Holy Ghost comes upon you will need no man to teach you, for the Holy Ghost will lead you and guide you into all truth!" And that settled that. He went on to become affiliated with New Life Church, under Pastor Tony McCreary where he served as one of three Assistant Pastors until the Lord told him it was time to go, for his season of service was over.
The Lord then led him to submit to the leadership of Prophet Robert Brown, Makkedah Family Worship Center. After 4 years of service in the capacity of Assistant Pastor, he realized all that time that the Lord was preparing him for the Pastorate. In that process, he learned what, and what not to do. At this point God directed him to reach out to his Spiritual Father in the Lord, Apostle Gregory D. Kelley, and Spiritual Mother Junie Kelley, Restoration of Life through Jesus Christ Ministries. On September 10th, 1994, Apostle Kelley came to Philadelphia PA and licensed, ordained, and installed Thomas Reese as Pastor where he and his wife have been serving as Overseer and First Lady, for the last 29 years at Jesus First Exhortation Outreach Miracle Center Of Restoration lnc. Apostle Reese received his doctorate in Theology in July 2016. The church is currently located at 3006-3010 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19133.
But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. MATTHEW 6:33

The Butlers have served our leaders faithfully for many years, in their capacities as Armor Bearers and Adjutants. The Ministry of the Armor Bearer: "armor bearer" -- Hebrew: (nasa or nacah) -- "to lift, to advance, to bear up;" (keliy) (kalah) -- "to end, to destroy utterly, to complete". Scripture References: 1 Samuel 16:21 -- David and Saul, John 15:13. The main duty of an armor bearer is to stand beside a leader to assist him, lift him up, and to protect him against any enemy that might attack him.
1 Samuel 14:1-23 is a classic example of humility and diligence of a biblical armor bearer. It is the story of Jonathan and his armor bearer. He won victories and routed his enemies while his leader received the glory. lt's an account of one who trusted his officer, even in what may have appeared to be a whim, as one who takes his place behind the leader, never striving to get in front.
One of the main differences between armor bearing in the Old Testament and in the New Testament is that in the Old Testament, the enemy was a physical one. In the New Testament, enemies are spiritual. (Ephesians 6:12). This does not mean that the armor bearer has fewer responsibilities. The attitude of the heart must still be the same.
The Ministry of the Adjutant: Adjutant -- One who helps or assists; "Adjuvare" -- Latin; The term "Adjutant" is derived from a military culture.
