The purpose of the Children’s Ministry is to present the Word of God in such a manner that the youth will immediately be able to act on what they have heard. Our mission is to equip and foster spiritual growth in our children, encouraging their ability to experience and communicate with God through prayer and Biblical teaching. Young Adults

The purpose and vision is multi-faceted: to encourage and empower pre-teen and teen girls to know the importance of living a Christian life in a secular world. We will teach the girls to portray godly character while demonstrating moral values at all times in challenging situations. This group is designed for girls ages 8-13.

The mission of this group is also to encourage and empower teen girls to live a saved, pure, and Christian life while demonstrating moral values during challenging times and situations. This group is designed for girls ages 14-18.  

Our young men are being mentored and taught to be Godly Men & leaders, not only in the Body of Christ, but also outside of the church walls. We stand on the scripture of Proverbs 27:17 as our foundation. Please submit all inquiries to Pastor-Elect Taquan Ross.

It is our desire that all who serve in the Youth Ministry exemplify Christ through their words and deeds.  At Jesus First Exhortation & Outreach Ministries, all potential volunteers must be at least 14 years of age, undergo an application and screening process to include Criminal Background Checks and Fingerprinting.  All results will be filed at the Executive Offices of the Ministry and will remain confidential.
